We’ve got christmas coming up soon and I see lists on the right side that haven’t gotten any recent attention.
Even if all you do is put a link to your amazon wishlist, update those pages!
(and yes, I realize that I haven’t done much updating on my own wishlist)
And between that post and this comment, I’ve updated the wishlist.
Sadly, not a lot changed on it. I should start from scratch sometime, just so I can’t edit existing entries so much.
Mine is updated 🙂
And you will all notice the neat little trick of the price or price range of the listed item showing up in popup text over the link. (accomplished through the “title” tag – like this < a href="url" title="pop up text"> the highlit words < / a>)
Oh, and while it’s all good stuff, the extra good stuff is in bold. We all have very unique styles in putting together wishlists .. looking at those styles is an interesting reflection of the person … but anyway, since I have all these layers in mine, I thought maybe I should throw in a bit of explanation ….
I have been prodding Kevin.
Mom & Dad seem to be the last main holdouts. pressure pressure pressure!!
I updated my list last weekend… and your dad’s to an extent. I will work more on your dad’s as i figure out what to put there, or maybe he will update his own more…. hopefully.
Don’t know if you all will still see this comment on this post, but here goes …
Dad and Chris, you often list Despair calendars on your wish lists. Like last year, Despair calendars are a construct-it-yourself kind of thing. So …. if you (or if anyone on the board) want a Despair calendar, be sure to list which 12 demotivators you prefer for 2008 and in which order.
I’m not promising anything .. just suggesting enhancements for the lists …
