Your dad is out in the front taking the fishing line strings out of the trees. 3 or 4 years ago he bought some little ghosts to hang from the trees… and last night somebody ripped them all down. Sad.
The good thing is they did not bother the front porch. He has the porch looking good. (Ignoring the bright door facings… we tried to match the house paint and missed badly. 🙂 but we will repaint soon…)
He does enjoy decorating for the seasons.
That is so disapointing – and before Halloween even came. What a bummer.
But the picture is nice – your porch looks very seasonal. I do like the arrangement of the pumpkins and the scarecrows – all very artistic. Kudos.
And your trim looks fine …. just say it’s an intentional shade.
Looking at the picture, i remember that we were going to pile leaves (a garland on each side) around the pumpkins but didn’t because it was raining so much. Maybe we will later. The little scarecrow dolls are cute….  i wish the picture showed more detail of them.
