At least so far as the normal Christmas Eve gifts are concerned. Â
From talking to everyone, most folks are having a bit of trouble finding their intended items and getting them mailed off this year. Â This is partially (ok, mostly) due to me not getting The Theme set at Thanksgiving. Â For some reason I wasn’t able to think about the Eve gift around then; small children demanding attention or somesuch. Â
Anyway, I believe if everyone is able to get things aquired/mailed by Friday we should be good to go for New Years Eve as our gift period this year.
You know, actually we are going to have to do the Eve thing another time. Your dad is flying back to CO on New Years Eve.
I am thinking i will bring our Eve gifts to Chris’s when we visit this weekend. If all the gifts are in their places we can do it then. If they are not we can do it when they all arrive and when we are all not busy in the evening. Hopefully we can do it before New Years Eve while Luke and i are still together.
