  1. we want snow too!!!!!

sorry you’re leaving and won’t get to enjoy it as much as you like. =( have fun in Raleigh though and know that an even better bigger snow will be there when you get back.

    happy snow!!!!

  2. We just had a cold front blow through; high today is supposed to be around 60 degrees; yeterday was in the low 80s.

While I wouldn’t trust myself (nor anyone else) on the roads around here, I wish it would have gotten cold enough for snow. If it did, maybe the temps at the end of the week wouldn’t be back in the 80s.

  3. the cold front has reached us…. it is cold (57 degrees) and windy and rainy. I love this kind of weather, but i wouldn’t if i had to be out in it.

I, too, wish it would snow. I am sorry you are not home for the first snow, but i am sure you will have you fill of snow by spring. 🙂

Hope you enjoy your stay in NC.

  4. It was 84 degrees out today. Growl.

I am not really looking forward to the Denver commute once the snow starts in earnest. Not driving in it was one of the reasons I enjoyed it so well last year.

I think I might talk to them and see if, now that they know me, it might be possible for me to work on Denver pages from home instead. Maybe not all the time .. but maybe I only come in when there’s an actual meeting. Or something.

I just don’t want to drive in it, not for 3 hours a day.

  5. I had not thought about that. Considering the length of your drive, perhaps they would let you stay home when there is snow on the road. And maybe you could stay overnight in Denver on days when the weather is iffy and you have to go in… you do work 2 days in a row there, right? I do not like to think of you on icy highways. I really so not like to think of you on icy highways in your little car.
