OK This is the aviator i came up with. I modified it in Photoshop. I saved it with a transparent background but when i uploaded the transparent one it acquired a black background so i changed it from transparent to white.
I would appreciate opinions. Do you like with or without the nose? Noses were not an option… is that important?
OK I modified my avatars. Ramona has a bust and i want one. I didn’t realize that was an option. I also changed the default mouth i chose so it has a little smile.
I like Kevin’s beer. I would have given Luke a beer had i thought of it. He said to give him a gun. hmmmm We’ll see.

Let’s see .. in going through mine, I found the ‘boob’ accessory. I think you should add that to yours. I might try a necklace on you, too. I think just the gold one – not the cross, but I’m not sure about the pearls.
Kevin thinks Dad should have a different t-shirt. I, however, think the t-shirt is fabulous. However, these are the opinions we have to share with you. I think I might turn Dad’s hair dark grey, though. Just one step down from black.
I really like your hair; I think your hair is perfect. Both mouths, yours and dad’s, are perfect. It is a pain to add the nose, but I think it’s worth it.
With such a tiny space, that’s all I can think of to comment on.

As you can see, i added boobs. I also changed my mouth just a little. You are right about dad’s hair. I thought about a necklace but i don’t wear necklaces.
I also changed the picture sizes…. so they match… I did that on the first 3 as well and changed them out. And it is subtle but i made me a little shorter and your dad a little taller. My hair made him look so much shorter than me.
Tell Kevin that Luke has a dozen “I gave blood” t-shirts and he wears them all the time. That’s why i gave him the heart tshirt. But he mostly wears them around here; they are work t-shirts. Luke, too, was confused at why i chose it so maybe i should change it. He wears shirts with buttons mostly when he goes somewhere.
Oh! notice that my 2 on the bottom are transparent! Gifs save transparent if you hide that white background when you save. When i tried that at first i thought they saved with black backgrounds because that is the way they look, but when i accidentally saved on that way and uploaded it, it was Transparent!!!

I think I could see previous edits, but I’d have to go looking for them. The system doesn’t announce it.
transparent: be careful with that. when I’d do it my eyes (also white) would sometimes end up transparent as well. I think it has to do with the editor used though.
Good stuff here. Only thing would be a quick resize to 87px × 100px – that’s the size I’m using here.
Luke designed the last and little one by standing behind me and telling me what he wanted by way of clothes and accessories.
It took a while to make us the size Chris wanted and make them clear but i did it! 🙂
Of course Luke is wider… he has to have room for his sign.

Ramona, what i did to make them small and still clear was enlarge them by making them 300 pixels and then cleaning them up, making clothes and faces distinct and one color. Then i added noise. (2) and then i took them back to 72 pixels and reduced the size. When i just reduced the size without the changes they were too indistinct.
I can do yours if you want…. I probably have more time to mess with it than you do.
Yes… I know… I do have curtains to make and aprons to sew. (Yes! i am finally making the aprons!!! I have 2 finished!)
